I have an idea... a little project. Something meaningful and special that we can do together.
Â
It's the last month of the year and it would be so nice to focus on things that bring us joy. To carve a small moment just for you. Life can easily overwhelm us and pull our attention to all kinds of things... often away from ourselves and from what we may really need. Heck, we may not even know what we really need.
Â
So... let's do something simple together. I'm calling it the Colorful Noticing Project.Â
Notice a colorful moment, scene, object, or memory that is meaningful to you. It can be anything. Just notice the colors that are a part of it. Literal or figuratively.
Take a photo, make a note, journal, sketch/paint, tear it out and paste it. Whatever you want. You could just write down a word. This for you.
It would be amazing to post your photo or notes on FB or Instagram. If you do, tag me @yourcolorstyle and #colorfulnoticingproject
This is a perfect gift to give yourself this December. The project is designed to help you practice noticing, being present and taking notice of the colorful life you are currently living.Â
