[Your Color Style] 🌈 3 Ways To Wear, Shopping Online, Certification and more
Published: Thu, 04/21/22
Happy Thursday!
I'm in the process of creating journey maps for you. These will be simple guides that show you what to do based on you where you are in your color journey. Your Color Style has so much content and it's easy to become overwhelmed with it and to not know about certain things that may be just what you needed. When these are done, I will let you know how to
download them. They will be free.
Oh wait! Before I explain the journey maps, I wanted to make sure you knew about the Bye Bye Frumpsville event. I'm one of the speakers and will be speaking on wearing your
signature colors. But even more exciting, is that there will be 25 other amazing speakers on style, petite style, health, beauty and finance. This is an event I am extremely excite to be a part of. It's free and you can register here.
As I was creating these journey maps, I realized that learning your color palette is only the first step of your journey. It's important but it's not the full picture. Once you learn your color palette, you'll have access to all of your beautiful colors, whether you have your digital color palette or color fan. But then what? If you are savvy with color
and style, you may actually be on your way. But for many of us, we need a little more help with HOW to wear our colors.
This got me thinking about what I believe your goal truly is. How to express your self through wearing your signature colors. Right?
For example, if you are wanting to add more color to your drab non-colorful wardrobe, where do you start? What colors do you choose?
If you want to dress more sophisticated, what colors do you choose? How do you create a bold look? How do pull colors in that feel great to wear?
Your personality plays a huge part in creating your signature color palette for a season.
And THEN, what if you want to wear a trending color that doesn't match your color fan? How do you make it work? Should you? Can you?
Your Color Style is how you express yourself through color.
I love the idea of helping you become confident in your choices. To say, I'm feeling like I want to dress a little bold today. And confidently put on a blouse in a color or pattern that helps you feel that way. Or maybe it's a bold colored lipstick. Bold jewelry. It's not about wearing a color that I say is flattering on you. It's about you understanding
why a color may be flattering on you, learning what message it may convey and seeing if you like wearing that color. And then learning how to wear that color in different ways to really get to what makes you tick.
I could go on forever about this stuff. In fact, I think I have. Where are you on your color journey? Are you stuck? How can we help you? Reply and let us know.

Coca Mocha is a cool brown. This brown may feel too cool on bright and warm individuals. If it is too soft or bright for you, wear it as a bottom or accessory. Coca Mocha is one of the colors this month's color palette of the month is based on.

I am a HUGE believer that the more you know about color, the more you know the colors that flatter you best. LEARNING is key to understanding what colors really work for you.
Once you know your color type, you'll want your complete color palette in your hand so that you can start to edit your wardrobe and shop with confidence.
