I am honored to announce two new certified Your Color Style consultants! Amanda and Morgen submitted their final assignments in August and have demonstrated their growing mastery of the YCS methodology. You'll be seeing them listed on the YourColorStyle.com this month! So exciting!!
On the blog, I share with you the trending fall/winter colors that you will see in the stores this season. The video is pretty quick and is a good primer to kickoff the shopping season!
In VIP, we are diving deep into the Fall/Winter colors and trending styles. We are crafting our limited color palettes based on our signature colors and trending colors. I've defined mine and that's what I'm using for shopping this season. That way all the
clothes I buy will go with what I already have. I've customized my color fan to 15 colors! We're also doing some work on our signature style. We're working on our style notebooks and Gail is hosting our Color Party this month to do a Fall Fashion Trends review. I can't wait!
Also, on the blog is
this month's color palette. It is based on Lava Falls and Martini Olive. A color combo I believe most people can wear.
In August, I had the honor of doing 15 online color analyses for VIP members. It feels so good to finally know your color palette! If you would like an online color analysis, please consider joining VIP.
And now... please enjoy the rest of the newsletter below...
Coloring your hair a color can influence the colors that you wear. I colored my hair pink which turned out to be a very
saturated magenta pink which was not in my color palette (bright warm light). My contrast changed and I had this hair that didn't go with a lot of my clothes. So, now what?!
I created a video for you to show you how you can make any hair color work using my color wheels. Whether you have bright coppery red hair, pink or you're thinking about dying your hair a color, this video is for you.
I did an online color analysis for one of my VIP Color Analysis customers. She has given me permission to share
her case study with you. She has brownhair and hazeleyes.
Sudan Brown is an earth-baked brown. It can be worn best by people with warm undertones. Soft and Warm individuals can wear this color best. This color is really more of a neutral and will pair
well with a lot of colors.
