Happy Thursday!

I hope you're having an amazing week. Thank you to everyone who responded with well wishes for my procedures this past Tuesday. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Both ends! It all went well and all tests came back normal. So... I'm grateful that it's all normal but it still doesn't explain the almost 8 weeks of misery I went through. I'm feeling better and hopeful. I'm moving on with my life and am watching my diet carefully to identify triggers.

I'll let you know when the title is decided and give you a sneak peek at the cover. I should be releasing the book in March. It will be in Kindle format and likely not a printed book because there will be so many images in the book. Printing through Amazon in color is super expensive. So... not sure what to do about that yet. I'll let you know when you can pre-order.
