For many of us midlife can be quite a rocky time.
I'm turning 50 this year and all kinds of things are happening. LOL. At night, you can see steam rise off of me as an internal fire burns. I'm thinking of installing a refrigerator next to my bed. I feel like I'm in pretty good shape but man, I am STIFF after each workout. I
have to really be careful so that I don't injure myself. And any weight I put on goes straight to my stomach now. My parents had me a bit later in life, so my Dad passed away last year at 88. My Mom is 84 and I worry. You always know this time will come, but it's not easy to navigate.

Last year, your host, Natalie Jill, found herself right in the
middle of midlife. At 51 and feeling disconnected and inauthentic as a “fitness and fat loss expert,” she found it hard to find others who were willing to discuss the deeper topics.
