When you learn your color type, it is very tempting to run out and start buying all the things in your colors. But if you don't have a strategy in place, you may end up with a bunch of colors in closet that don't really work together... resulting in "I have nothing to wear!" So, before you shop your colors, read the Color Strategies guide. The simple strategy I share with you will change the way you shop and dress.
It's funny how we put definitions on things and declare
them rules. I'm referring to wearing white after Labor Day. After we shared that blog post, I saw a few comments from people that had never heard of this fashion rule because they don't celebrate Labor Day. Interesting, right? Why is there a rule, that seems to only be in the US, to not wear white after Labor Day? I'm sure the historians reading
this know of the origin... but I challenge you to question the rules. Why is "that" a rule and does it server you? If yes, then continue to follow it.
