Color Type Clarity Wednesday
August 6, 2023 is Color Clarity Wednesday. This is your opportunity to post your photo along with questions about your color type, depth, chroma and level. I will not be able to offer feedback on undertones.
I will be giving direct feedback in the Style Masters Facebook group on the first Wednesday of each month. There is a call for entries post in the group right now with instructions. Submit your photo
by the first Wednesday and ask me your questions. I will review your submission and respond directly on your Facebook post.
September Style Notebook - DELAYED
Your September Style
Notebook pages are a bit delayed. I truly apologize for this and thank you for your patience. Gail and I meet and decide on the agenda for the following month. We do this so that our content is current. No point sharing trends or colors if that's not what's happening at that time. In August, we met, but then we both traveled. I was out once with a migraine and then this week with covid. So, transparently, I'm behind. I know exactly what I want to put in your notebook pages. I just need a couple
more days. Thank you from my heart for your patience.
Fall/Winter Neutrals Cards
This will likely be part of your notebook pages... but I feel it's worth sharing
separately. New season, new wardrobe ideas, shopping... maybe even new to YCS... it's tempting to go out and shop for all the pretty things that are in your colors. But, when you do this before you have a solid foundation, you may end up with a beautiful LOOKING closet but have nothing really cohesive to wear. We want you to have a wardrobe that works for you. That makes it easy to shop. So, I am encouraging you to go back to your basics and build up that foundation as we move into new weather.
To help you, I am pulling together neutral combos for each color type that will be flattering near your face and as a combo in an all neutrals outfit... AND a fantastic foundation to add in color.
