[Your Color Style] Weird Emails, Do We Soften As We Age and more...
Published: Sun, 01/13/19
Happy Snow Day! (in Virginia)
FIRST, some very confusing emails went out on Friday from my server. If you got an email about an invoice, please disregard. We are merging databases for the new site and the server kicked off emails to customers, treating them like new orders. So, if you got one of these, I am so sorry for the confusion. It was an error. I had no idea the server would do that.
The good news is... a new site is coming! What does this mean for you? It means, you can finally log into ONE place, see all of your order history... and no longer have to bounce between 3 different sites. Which, I know, some of you do... and I appreciate you.
It's snowing here in Virginia. I love it. I love snow. I'm also fighting some kind of bug and I will NOT be shoveling this beautiful snow. I've got two able-bodied teenagers to do that. Hehe.
Enjoy this week's newsletter!

I started something new about a year ago… inspired by my life coach now business coach. Whenever I design goals for my business, we put a theme around it. Like EXPAND or SCALE or CREATE FUN. We do this at each quarter and for the year.
I love the idea of a theme because it helps me weed out tasks and shiny objects that don’t align with the overarching theme. It keeps me focused.
I loved this idea so much that I started implementing the theme concept into my personal life. This year, my theme is SIMPLIFY & STREAMLINE. I am a very scattered person. Blame it on my creative brain or my ADHD but I do not think in linear terms. Which then causes me to lose my keys often… forget what I was supposed to do… misplace
important documents… etc.
My life isn’t chaos but it’s a bit of a disorganized mess....
HOW you wear a signature set of colors that LOVE you
as much as you love them.
A few years ago, I found myself divorced, grieving over losing my oldest daughter and truly lost. I had forgotten what it was like to have true joy in my life. Did I ever really know? I didn't know who I was or what truly made me happy.
As I went through the process of learning about myself, I founded Your Color Style. Identifying the colors that make you feel amazing is a simple step you can take to build your confidence.
Rediscover:
Who you are
What truly brings you joy
Who you really want to be and to own it
How to stop being a certain way for someone else
How to be more of your kick ass self that you already are
