Happy Sunday!
Â
I thought I'd try something different. Below is my week summed up in photos...
Â
Â
I started running again. Did 5 miles on Friday. Yay! I'm BACK! If you're new to my newsletter... I had hip surgery last year at this time. It's taken me a full year to truly get back to running. I am much kinder to my body now. Slower pace, more breaks, lots of stretching... and added in strength training. We gotta take care of our body... it's the only one we have.
Â
The art you see is me being me. I absolutely love to draw and play with my art supplies. It is truly my happy place. I started posting them to my personal instagram account. Joe is such a fan and encouraged me to share my work. So... that's what that's all about. If you like the art, you can follow me on Instagram.
Â
Joe and I enjoyed a virtual wine tasting yesterday. You can see Joe tasting a Sauvignon Gris. We made ourselves a little cheese board to enjoy. It's fun to create little events and moments.
Â
I did another Facebook live yesterday. I did two live color analyses. If you want to know when these live events pop up, please follow the Your Color Style Facebook page. I haven't committed to a schedule yet. Yet. I will. I just want to make sure I stay consistent for you.
Â
My interview for the Mindset Mastery Summit was posted yesterday. If you want to check that out, please register for the summit (free) and you'll have access to the interviews.Â
Â
I started watching The Great on Hulu. It's a modern take on Catherine the Great. It's very funny.Â
Â
Today, I am interviewing a woman that is all about DIY sewing. We're going to talk about color and sewing. I'll let you know when that interview posts. I'm also being interviewed for another summit tomorrow. It's called Outrageous, Courageous Confidence. That will be going live soon... I'll keep you posted. Should be a super inspiring series.

And now, please enjoy this week's newsletter. Scroll down for the coupon...
In Case You Missed It:
What is the Difference Between Soft, Cool & Light
and Bright, Cool & Light?
Â
I explain the differences between the two color types, soft cool and light and bright cool and light. They seem similar at first glance... but there's enough of a difference to recommend one color palette over the other.
Our mission is to help you express your true authentic self though color and creativity.
Â
A few years ago, I found myself divorced, grieving over losing my oldest daughter and truly lost. I had forgotten what it was like to have true joy in my life. Did I ever really know? I didn't know who I was or what truly made me happy.Â
Â
As I went through the process of learning about myself, I founded Your Color Style. Identifying the colors that make you feel amazing is a simple step you can take to build your confidence. Color transformed my life. It is now my mission to help you get through whatever transition is going on in your life through color... so that you can feel more like you again.
Â
Rediscover:
Who you are
What truly brings you joy
Who you really want to be and to own it
How to stop being a certain way for someone else
How to express your true authentic self
Where do you start?

LEARN What Colors Flatter You (aka Your Color Style Type)
I am a HUGE believer that the more you know about color, the more you know the colors that flatter you best. LEARNING is key to understanding what colors really work for you.Â
Once you know your color type, you'll want your complete color palette in your hand so that you can start to edit your wardrobe and shop with confidence.
