The temperature has dropped in Virginia! It went from hot humid summer to fall weather overnight. I love it. I'm breaking out the jeans and sweaters. I love cold weather clothes. This time of year goes fast. All of sudden we're in the holidays. I can't wait!

I've been writing a lot lately. It's starting to become part of my morning routine. There's something extremely freeing about creating something that is not for others to judge. It's about the process of letting my thoughts flow into words. Allowing my mind be open and for spirit to guide me. It is so wonderfully therapeutic. I do the same with my art but I still struggle with having to make it sharable and "pretty", that sometimes I lose the creative energy flow. Embrace the ugly. Embrace
the mess. Embrace the process because it's during the process that joy enters. What do you enjoy doing that's more about the creative process than the end result? Baking? Organizing? Writing? Art? Scrapbooking? Knitting? Walking? Playing music? Getting dressed?
