Most important, Sheree is one host who does her homework. She doesn’t dominate the
conversation; she asks great questions and there is no fluff at all.

When we pre-recorded my interview, this is how Sheree introduced me:

“Color is its own language. And it can be an emotional one… We say we feel
blue when we’re depressed and turn green when we’re envious. And no one
wants to be the black sheep of the family.

So what color is your world? If I were to peek into your closet, what would I see?
Is everything mostly black, or is there a riot of color? And let’s look at some of the
other places in your environment. What room do you spend the most time in?
What shade are the walls? When was the last time you thought of changing
them, or switching things up with different accents?

Just so you know, all this talk about hue is not coming out of the blue. Our guest
today is Jen Vax, best-selling author of That’s My Color: Discover your 5
signature colors and transform your life. She’s also founder of Your Color Style,
an online system to help you discover your best colors. She sums up her work
this way: “We empower women to express who they are through the language of
color and style. I teach you color theory, and the reasons why a color is flattering
(or not). It's not just about looking good. It's about how you want to show up in
your world, how you want to be perceived and what you want to say.”
