So, for Thanksgiving this year, Joe and I are driving to Florida to spend the week with his family. We all pitch in and rent a big house on the beach for the week. This year we’ll be in Port Saint Joe. I’ve never been, but I remember reading an article about the town in Travel magazine. It’s apparently one of the top happiest beach towns to live. So, I’m excited to experience this little town. According to the map, there isn’t much around. :-)

The week includes relaxing, chatting, laughing, drinking lots of wine, cooking and eating lots of food, playing games, solving a puzzle and enjoying the beach. At some point, we get stir crazy and go find a shopping area or a restaurant.

Anyway… I’ll be on the gulf coast for a week where the weather seems to be all over the place. 40’s and 50’s at night and 70’s to 80 in the day time. So, I need to pack outfits that include layers. I thought I’d share with you what I’m packing along with the outfits the items will make.
