Happy Sunday! And Happy Easter to those that celebrate the holiday.
This week was spring break here and my kids have been at the beach with their Dad and their new step-family. Based on texts they sent me, they had a blast. Which makes me happy. They're now with me and we're off to go see the Divergent movie. Anyone a fan?
We WERE going to go to my
parent's house today to do an annual Easter egg hunt. But my Mom cancelled Easter. Something about it being their 50th wedding anniversary. Ha! They are forgiven. 50 years is amazing. And they still like each other! Imagine that. I was married 16 years and I'm now divorced. For me, it was the right thing. I'm much happier now and in a wonderful relationship.
I've been busy this week! I'm studying with Ferial Youakim to become certified as a color analyst with her new 4x4 seasonal system. Right now I analyze based on 12 seasons. Now, I'll be armed and dangerous with 4 more seasons. Quite a few people don't really fit in one of the 12 seasons. These extra 4 help fill that gap. If you feel like a color analysis I did for you doesn't feel right... let me know and I can clarify if you should be
in one of the new seasons. Maybe not but it's good to know.
Also... I'm planning on launching a "live" training to teach you how to wear your colors. This will be held over 2 to 4 weeks in 1 hour live webinar sessions. With recordings available. You would learn what colors to wear and when and why. How to
customize your color palette for your unique self. Training on color so that you know how to look at a color and understand why it may not be right for you. How to combine colors like a professional stylist. We even go into some seasonal color analysis so that I can explain how colors impact you. This is more in depth than the style guides. This course will launch May 2 and will be $127 with an early bird special of $97. And an option to pay in 2 payments.
