[Your Color Fan Order] Please read

This email is for you if you ordered a color fan with me. If not, please ignore. 

I believe in complete transparency. There is no other way to run a business, in my opinion. 

Let me get straight to the facts:

1. If you are in the US and you placed an order in April, you should have already received your order. If you have not received it, PLEASE let me know. Email support@yourcolorstyle.zendesk.com 

In fact, if you DID receive your order, I want to know that too.

If you're wondering where your tracking ID is for your order... well, maybe the information below will explain why I don't have these....

2. If you placed an international order, your order has likely not shipped. This is a surprise to me too. The printing company that printed the color fans had offered me fulfillment services. I accepted blindly without asking the right questions. Turns out, they've never done fulfillment before and have been sitting on the international orders wondering how to ship them. Not acceptable. I discovered this after a series of phone calls yesterday.

3. I have relieved the printing company of their responsibilities. I am driving over there today and picking up everything. Joe and I will be shipping your packages tonight via USPS Priority International. All international orders will be packed and labeled tonight and I will hand deliver them to the post office tomorrow morning. 

4. International takes anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to get through customs and to you. I don't have any control over this. 

5. I can only imagine how disappointed you might be. I know I would be. This is not an easy email to write. If you want to cancel your order, please let me know today. Otherwise, your order will ship tomorrow morning.

6. Yes. All orders shipping tonight will have tracking IDs.

Starting today, all orders will be shipping directly from my office. I am standing up a new space with a dedicated team to personally handle your orders. 

My deepest apologies for all of the delays. I can't tell you how much sleep I have lost trying to get these out to you. It's a bit silly and could have been prevented. I tend to have blind faith when people tell me things and offer me services. I didn't ask the right questions and assumed my business was in competent hands. Lesson learned.
