There was a time in my life when I had let myself go. I had stopped exercising. I had stopped eating well and I had put on about 30 pounds.
I didn't feel good and I hated how my clothes looked. My relationship with my husband at the time wasn't great. I had pretty low self esteem at the time.
I got to a point when I said "Enough is enough!"
"I'm tired of feeling fat and frumpy. I'm tired of feeling low energy and blah. It's time for a change."
And I did make a change. I joined weight watchers and started running again. I released those 30 pounds and celebrated with new clothes and a brighter outlook... until...
